To be an approved breeder by Sphynx Breeder UK new applicants must agree and abide by the following:
- Yearly echocardiagrams performed by accreditted cardiologist for ALL breeding cats used in the program (this includes the outside stud if used). Scan results will have to be provided yearly and at the time kitten advert is required.
- DNA tests for CMS and Sphynx HCM
- FIV/FeLV negative
- Breeding cats need to be blood group tested
- All kittens sold to pet homes are to be neutered BEFORE they leave for new homes, Registered (TICA/GCCF/FIFE), Vaccinated, Microchipped and sold with a written contract including 2 year HCM guarantee and they have to go to new homes no ealier than 13 weeks old.
The club has the right to refuse or delete entry to the breeders list.
*Copies of the scans will not be kept. Once seen the scans will be destroyed and only the owners name, cats name, and date of the scan will be held by the Sphynx Breeder UK admin team.

We are a home breeder of Canadian Sphynx in Lincolnshire in United Kingdom. We have a small number of cats and only a few litters per year.
We started our crazy Sphynx journey in 2014 with our first breeding queen Bella, and since then we have imported quite a few cats from all over the world, including the USA, Spain, Latvia, Ukraine and a couple of cats bred in the UK. Now we mostly work with our own lines and with a few very close breeder friends. Over the years we have managed to make quite few families happy with their new additions. You can read some of their testimonials HERE. Our cats are regularly health tested. We scan our breeding cats for HCM yearly by certified cardiologists, we DNA test all our breeding cats for all known diseases (this includes the recently found gene mutation ALMS1 responsible for 60% of HCM in Sphynx) and also perform PCR tests to ensure we only use the healthiest cats in our breeding program.
The health of our cats and kittens that we bring into this world is paramount.

I’m a preservation breeder Based in Durham, North East of England
I fell in love with this breed many years ago and it became my passion. I’ve strived to improve on the breed, breeding for health foremost, as well as type and temperament. I’ve bred very slowly and carefully over the years, researching pedigrees, getting to know fellow breeders, importing, and introducing the highest of quality, proven lines from America, Italy, Czech Republic, Eastern Europe and the best of the UK. I scan annually for HCM via a board certified cardiologist and do extensive DNA and health testing.
My kittens leave from 13-14 weeks, fully vaccinated, microchipped, TICA registered, 4 generation breeders pedigree, 5 weeks free insurance, written contract with a health guarantee to include 2 years against HCM and FIP.
My kittens are weaned onto a compete raw diet, and raised lovingly within our family home, introduced to children, household noises and other cats. They’re well socialised and handled from a young age to grow into confident, affectionate, well adjusted individuals that steal the hearts from whomever they meet.

We started our journey with Sphynx breed in 2014.
Our goal was to focus on the correct breed standards and it was important for me to learn about this breed at cat shows.
Our cats achieve great results at the cat shows and for my cattery this confirms my belief that we are keeping the right path in the breed development.
However, a more important task for us is the health of cats.
That’s why every year our cats visit a certified cardiologist to ensure that our cats hearts are free from HCM.
They’re also tested and free from FIV, FeLV, CMS

Welcome to Naked Nefertiti Sphynx.
We are a home based GCCF registered cattery based in the West Midlands, UK.
Our love for sphynx began back in 2008 when we brought home our first of many sphynx. We became obsessed with their loving and inquisitive natures. Our cats are a huge part of our family and are raised within a busy household of other pets and children, so you can be assured your kitten will be well socialised.
We pride ourselves here on breeding the healthiest of sphynx to ensure our kittens have the very best start in life. Our kittens are raised in our bedroom for at least the first 6 weeks of their lives to make sure mom and babies are kept safe and comfortable and are supervised at all times.
Our kittens are raised on a complete raw diet, ensuring they are getting the very best of nutrients and are kept with mom until they leave us at approximately 16 weeks to which they will still breastfeed.
All kittens come from HCM scanned parents and grandparents. FELV/FIV negative parents. CMS negative parents. Our parents are also have a clear upper respiratory pcr panel which includes negatives from the following, Herpes virus, Chlamydia, Calicivirus, Bordetella and Mycoplasma. All of these documents shall be provided within your kitten packs.

Here at Norse Sphynx we are dedicated to breeding the healthiest kittens we possibly can. We are based in stoke on trent, Staffordshire. Our love for this breed started in 2020 when we purchased our first sphynx, their personality is like no other breed we’ve ever meet. After lots and lots of research and speaking to different breeders we decided to breed ourselves and added to our sphynx family. Although it’s hard when the time comes to say good bye to our kittens I enjoy seeing how much joy they bring their new families. We get regular updates from kitten owners and it’s wonderful to see how their growing. I have since 2015, chosen Sphynx cats after research, planning, observation and information gathered, to enable me to breed the optimal health, temperament and overall well-being of the Sphynx feline animal. Our cattery is registered in Tica Association, and we do many shows through the UK,Ireland,France, Belgium and other countries.
We breed for health, amazing personality and outstanding quality.
Adults scanned annually for heart disease by the board certified veterinary cardiologist.
We take pride in our breeding cats and their pedigrees and do not discount our kittens by selling them without proper registration.
Our kittens leave the cattery: not earlier than three months, fully vaccinated,already neutered/spayed,microchipped, treated for worms (sphynxes do not need flea treatment, because they do not have fur), have 5 weeks of insurance, are fully registered to the new owner and with a written contract that is signed at my home on the day when the kitten is taken.
Written contract gives a guarantee to the new owner for the health of the kitten from all genetic diseases including HCM for a period of at least two years.
